OUR COCOA
Our cocoa is primarily sourced from premium African cocoa beans. The powder boasts a rich reddish to medium brown hue, produced through a meticulous process that starts with pressing cocoa mass using a hydraulic press to separate the cocoa butter from the cocoa cake. The African beans, serving as the foundation, are de-shelled and broken into cocoa nibs before being alkalized, roasted, and finely ground into cocoa mass
OUR COCOA
Our Cocoa originates mainly from African Cocoa Beans. The powder is a rich reddish to medium brown colour and is created in the delicate process which begins with the pressing of cocoa mass, via a hydraulic press to separate the cocoa butter from the cocoa cake.
The African beans themselves are the building blocks and are de shelled and broke into cocoa kernels (nibs) before they are alkalised, roasted and ground into fine cocoa mass.
